Shops selling to Germany

Online shops that need a checkout, prices and legal pages that work the way German customers expect.

Exporters and manufacturers

Companies outside Germany who want German buyers to find them, trust them and send serious requests.

Questions about working with clients in Germany

Do you work with clients in Germany?

Yes. We work remotely by video call, email and WhatsApp, and Croatia is in the same time zone as Germany, so our working hours are the same as yours.

How does VAT work when a German company hires a Croatian agency?

For business clients with a valid EU VAT number, we invoice without Croatian VAT under the EU reverse charge rule, and you account for the VAT in Germany. Your accountant will know it well.

Do you write the Impressum and the privacy policy?

We build the pages, link them correctly and fill in your company details. The legal wording should come from a lawyer or a specialised legal text service, because you are responsible for it as the website owner.

Does my website have to be accessible?

Since 28 June 2025, most online shops and many digital services for consumers in Germany must be accessible under the BFSG. Very small service companies are exempt. We build to WCAG 2.1 AA either way. See our accessibility audit.

Can you build the website in German?

Yes, German pages are available on request. We plan them from the start, so the German and English pages stay in step.
