How we work together

Remote from the first call to launch, with one person who knows your project.

  1. Step 1

    A video call

Your business, your customers and what the website must do. In English.

  2. Step 2

    A fixed quote

A clear plan, a fixed price in euro and a timeline you can hold us to.

  3. Step 3

    Design and build

You see the design first, then the working website, with time for feedback at each step.

  4. Step 4

    Checks and launch

Speed, accessibility, the cookie banner and the Italian pages checked before the website goes live.

  5. Step 5

Questions about working with clients in Italy

Do you work with clients in Italy?

Yes. We work remotely by video call, email and WhatsApp, in the same time zone as Italy. Rijeka is about an hour from Trieste if a meeting in person makes sense.

How does VAT work when an Italian company hires a Croatian agency?

For business clients with a valid EU VAT number, we invoice without Croatian VAT under the EU reverse charge rule, and you account for the IVA in Italy. Your commercialista will know it well.

What does the Garante expect from a cookie banner?

No tracking before consent, no consent by scrolling, a clear way to say no that is as easy as saying yes, and an X that closes the banner without accepting. We build the banner that way on every website.

Does my website have to be accessible?

Since 28 June 2025, most online shops and many digital services for consumers in Italy must be accessible under the European Accessibility Act. Very small service companies are exempt. We build to WCAG 2.1 AA either way. See our accessibility audit.

Can you build the website in Italian?

Yes, Italian pages are available on request. We plan them from the start, so they stay in step with the English pages.

Planning a website for Italy?

Tell us about your business. We come back with a plan, a fixed price and the Italian rules that apply to you.
