    A fixed quote

A clear plan, a fixed price in euro and a timeline you can hold us to.

    Design and build

You see the design first, then the working website, with time for feedback at each step.

  4. Step 4

    Checks and launch

Speed, accessibility, consent and the German pages checked before the website goes live.

Questions about working with clients in Austria

Do you work with clients in Austria?

Yes. We work remotely by video call, email and WhatsApp, in the same time zone as Austria. Rijeka is a few hours' drive from Klagenfurt and Graz if a meeting in person makes sense.

How does VAT work when an Austrian company hires a Croatian agency?

For business clients with a valid EU VAT number, we invoice without Croatian VAT under the EU reverse charge rule, and you account for the VAT in Austria. Your accountant will know it well.

What is the Offenlegung, and do I need it?

It is a short media disclosure required by the Austrian Mediengesetz: who owns the website and what it is about. Most business websites add it to the Impressum. We build the place for it; the exact wording should come from your lawyer or a legal text service.

Does my website have to be accessible?

Since 28 June 2025, most online shops and many digital services for consumers in Austria must be accessible under the Barrierefreiheitsgesetz. Very small service companies are exempt. We build to WCAG 2.1 AA either way. See our accessibility audit.

Can you build the website in German?

Yes, German pages are available on request, with Austrian words and spelling where it matters. We plan them from the start, so they stay in step with the English pages.
